Gut SP ist Geschmackssache, ich halt ihn bis zum letzten Drittel für einen erstklassigen Bond-Film, leider schwächelt das letzte Drittel, ansonsten wäre er für mich auf einer Stufe mit CR

Ich hoffe NTTD verschlimmbessert die selbst auferlegten Loose Ends nicht. Ich sehe den Hauptfehler im Kurs- und Tonwechsel, der mit SF begann. Craig und das Team fiel es schwer zu entscheiden, ob Bond nun modern und gritty bleiben, oder traditioneller und seichter werden soll. Ersteres hätte zu sehr viel runderen Ergebnissen beigetragen. Darunter wird jetzt auch NTTD leiden. Alles in allem hoffe ich auf einen konsequenteren Kurs nach Craig. Kürzere Abstände zwischen den Filmen würden dieses Problem beheben. Die langen Pausen zwischen den Craigern haben quasi unfreiwillig zu Mini-Reboots geführt.

ja, ich hoffe auch, dass ihnen diese nachträgliche Verbindungsfindung über die gesamte Craig-Ära in NTTD besser gelingt als bei SP.

Ich bin mal auf eure Meinung zu NTTD in 3D gespannt - bei uns läuft der Film auch als 3D, aber wir werden natürlich in 2D schauen,

3D wird halt konvertiert sein, kein "echtes" 3D. Braucht man eigentlich nicht. Ob es OK ist oder nicht, werden wir erst nächste Woche sehen.

Commander Craig said: “I am truly privileged and honoured to be appointed the rank of Honorary Commander in the senior service.”

The rank matches that of James Bond in the films and the announcement comes ahead of the premiere of the newest Bond instalment No Time To Die. Filmmakers worked closely with the Royal Navy and Ministry of Defence in the production of the latest film in the franchise.

Warship HMS Dragon features in the movie with a sneak preview of the distinct Type 45 destroyer, with her red dragon emblem on the hull, seen cutting through the waves in the latest trailer.

First Sea Lord Admiral Sir Tony Radakin said: “I am delighted to welcome honorary Commander Daniel Craig to the Royal Navy. Our honorary officers act as ambassadors and advocates for the Service, sharing their time and expertise to spread the message about what our global, modern, and ready Royal Navy is doing around the world.

“Daniel Craig is well known for being Commander Bond for the last 15 years – a Naval officer who keeps Britain safe through missions across the globe.

“That’s what the real Royal Navy does every day, using technology and skill the same way as Bond himself. I look forward to him getting to see more of our sailors and marines over the coming months and years.”

As well as HMS Dragon making an appearance, the Royal Air Force also granted access to key assets and personnel. RAF Brize Norton, in Oxfordshire, was used as a backdrop in the film, standing in for a NATO airbase in Norway where Bond joins MI6 allies and later boards a C-17 Globemaster.

Meanwhile, the Army supplied troops from the Household Cavalry. They offered their time at a pivotal moment in their calendar, just before the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace.

Fukunaga zur Arbeit mit EON. Der Film hätte viele unterschiedliche Richtungen einschlagen können, es wurde viel bei EON diskutiert.

Es läuft immer noch so ab, wie man sich es so vorstellt...

In an exclusive interview with RadioTimes.com, Fukunaga revealed he participated in “tons of roundtable discussions” with Craig and producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson to determine exactly how the film would end.

“There was this table in Michael’s office in EON in Piccadilly – this round table that looks like a Napoleonic era campaign table – and I spent hours sitting around that table with Michael and Barbara and Daniel and sometimes the different writers that were working on the project, just discussing the plot, the story points, the characters.”

"I think a lot of audiences think it's just a 'plug and play' thing and a computer, an AI program, could come up with one of these popcorn movie storylines, but the logic – making sure the logic works all the way through – is very tricky... and to still have it be entertaining and exhilarating, it takes a lot of thought, a lot of consideration, in terms of who the villain is, and what their goal is, and how that embroils Bond, and how it hits him on a personal level.

"I really actually enjoyed those story sessions. The different directions the story could've taken... there's an infinite number of possibilities there."

Und zu Amazon sagen sie, dass es noch keine Gespräche gegeben hat, und dass dies auch nicht passieren wird, bevor der Deal nicht offiziell abgeschlossen sei. Mit Spin-Offs können sie sich zudem nicht anfreunden, weil "James Bond" der Titelheld sei, und das Produkt nur mit Bond funktioniere und nicht ohne ihn.

Jetzt aber. Von einem Streaming-Release hält niemand der Beteiligten etwas.

Die Frage kommt seit Jahren und in den letzten Wochen bereits dutzende Male.
Ich wette auch Frauke Ludowig wird sie in ihrem Interview wieder stellen.
Warum eigentlich? Gibt es eine journalistische Richtlinie, die verlangt, dass das gefragt werden muss?
Vor allem, wenn man schon die Antwort kennt?

zuerst sollten sie einmal wissen, wie sie nach Craig weitermachen wollen.
Dann Drehbuch (-idee) & Regisseur.
Dann den neuen Darsteller casten.
Und natürlich wird da überall auch MGM bzw. Amazon ein bisschen mitreden wollen...

Es wird jedenfalls wieder eine tolle Zeit mit Gerüchten und Spekulationen - hoffentlich dauert es nicht übertrieben lange.
